License Terms

This software ("the Extension") is proprietary and confidential. The software is licensed, not sold, and remains the exclusive property of FullPagePDF.

Trial Period and Subscription

1. Trial Period

• Users are granted a three-days free trial upon sign-up
• Full functionality available during trial
• Trial begins upon first login with Google account
• Only one trial period per user

2. Paid License

• Continued use after trial period requires paid subscription
• Payment terms are specified at time of purchase
• Subscription can be monthly or annual

Grant of License

FullPagePDF grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Extension according to your subscription status.

Restrictions

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Modifying, disassembling, decompiling, or reverse engineering the Extension
• Copying, distributing, or redistributing the Extension
• Renting, leasing, lending, or sublicensing the Extension
• Using the Extension for any unlawful purpose
• Creating derivative works based on the Extension
• Removing or altering any copyright notices
• Sharing or transferring subscription access
• Using automated systems to access the Extension

License Validation and Offline Use

1. Offline Usage

• Extension functions offline for PDF capture and processing
• Local features remain available without connection

2. License Validation

• Requires internet connection at least once every 7 days
• Validation occurs automatically in background
• No user intervention required
• Service access may be restricted after 7 days without validation

3. Token Expiration

• License tokens expire periodically
• Automatic renewal with valid subscription

Payment and Subscription

1. Subscription Terms

• Subscription fees must be paid in advance
• FullPagePDF reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay will result in service suspension
• Users may cancel subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

2. Refund Policy

• Users may request refunds within 3 days of purchase
• Refunds will be granted for:
• Technical issues preventing service use
• Billing errors
• Service unavailability
• Refunds are not available for:
• Cancellations after the 3-day period
• Partial subscription periods
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
• All refund requests will be evaluated within 5 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method

Data Usage and Privacy

• The Extension processes and stores data according to our Privacy Policy
• User data handling complies with applicable data protection laws
• Users retain ownership of their captured content

Service Level and Support

1. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for license validation
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice

2. Technical Support

• Support is provided for paid subscriptions
• Response times vary based on issue severity
• Support is provided in English only

Updates and Modifications

FullPagePDF reserves the right to:

• Update or modify the Extension at any time
• Modify subscription plans and pricing with notice
• Modify or discontinue features
• Require users to accept updated terms

Termination

This License terminates:

• Automatically at trial period end if subscription is not purchased
• Upon subscription cancellation or payment failure
• Upon violation of license terms
• If user account is inactive for over 12 months

Upon termination:

• All rights granted under this license cease
• User must stop using the Extension
• User retains access to previously captured PDFs

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Extension is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Compatibility with specific systems or browsers

Limitation of Liability

1. In no event shall FullPagePDF be liable for any:

• Direct damages
• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Special damages
• Consequential damages
• Punitive damages

2. Maximum liability shall not exceed:

• The amount paid by user in the past 12 months
• Or $100, whichever is greater

Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FullPagePDF from:

• Claims arising from user's use of the Extension
• Violations of this License
• User's content and activities

General Provisions

1. Entire Agreement

• This License constitutes the entire agreement
• Supersedes all prior agreements

2. Severability

• If any provision is found invalid, others remain in effect

3. No Waiver

• Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute waiver

4. Assignment

• User may not assign or transfer this License
• FullPagePDF may assign its rights and obligations

Governing Law
