To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We use Google OAuth for authentication. By using this feature, you also agree to Google's terms of service.

We offer subscription plans for unlimited PDF captures and additional features. Current plans and pricing are displayed on our website.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Renewal charges occur at the start of each billing period
• Plan changes take effect immediately without proration
• We will notify you of any price changes in advance
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider

• Cancel anytime through your account settings
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase
• Refunds are granted for technical issues preventing service use or service unavailability
• Refunds are not available for partial billing periods or accounts terminated for Terms violations
• Refund requests are evaluated within 5 business days

You may use our Services to:

• Capture and convert publicly accessible web pages
• Create PDFs for personal or business documentation
• Archive content you have legal access to
• Share PDFs you have created in accordance with applicable laws

You must NOT:

• Capture content behind paywalls or login walls without authorization
• Violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Overload our systems with excessive requests

The Extension is licensed, not sold. You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Extension in any form, including but not limited to uploading, sharing, or distributing the Extension files through any means
• Copy or extract the Extension package (.crx file or unpacked extension) for distribution
• Use automated systems to access the Extension
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Extension's code

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to software, text, images, logos, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. The Extension contains proprietary and confidential information protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension solely for your personal or internal business purposes. This license:

• Permits installation only through the official Chrome Web Store
• Is for your individual use only and cannot be shared
• Does not grant any ownership rights in the Extension
• Does not include any right to distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense
• Does not permit copying the Extension files for any purpose other than Chrome's normal operation
• Automatically terminates if you violate these Terms

You retain all rights to the PDFs you create using our Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

The Extension includes open-source software components licensed under various open-source licenses. Use of these components is subject to their respective licenses.

• Extension functions offline for PDF capture and processing
• Local features remain available without connection
• PDFs are processed locally on your device

• Requires periodic internet connection for license validation
• Validation occurs automatically in background
• No user intervention required
• Service access may be restricted without periodic validation

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Compatibility with specific systems or browsers
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Perfect reproduction of web page layouts

IN NO EVENT SHALL FULLPAGEPDF BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount paid by you in the past 12 months
• $100 USD

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account through the Account tab in your settings page.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• We discontinue the Service
• Required by law

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of subscriptions
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

If arbitration is not permitted by law, any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FullPagePDF regarding the Service.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to any successor or acquirer.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

You acknowledge that the Extension is subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations.
